Delisa Clark celebrates 7 years, bringing her expertise and commitment to quality that strengthens everything we do. Yesterday we celebrated a major milestone at Lake

Yesterday we celebrated a major milestone at Lake Wylie High School with a topping out ceremony. The project team gathered with Clover School District leaders, board members, staff, community members, and future LWHS administration and students to sign the final beam before it was lifted into place — a proud moment for everyone involved.

To mark the occasion, Contract Construction also hosted a BBQ lunch from Shealy’s Barbecue for those in attendance, as well as our subcontractors and crew, in recognition of their dedication and hard work. We are honored to partner with Clover School District on this project and look forward to bringing this important new high school to completion.

The Tri-County Biological Science Center is now ap

The Tri-County Biological Science Center is now approximately 75% complete! Interior progress continues, with flooring, ceiling grid, lights, paint, and lab casework being installed. On the exterior, crews are actively working on curb and gutter, preparing the base for asphalt, setting exterior metal panels, building sidewalks, and completing fine grading—bringing this vital facility closer to serving Charleston, Dorchester, and Berkeley Counties.
