Requirements and skills:
Proven experience in business or as a construction project manager and/or supervisor.
In-depth understanding of construction procedures and project management principles.
Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
Knowledgeable in MS Office.
Familiarity with industry standard construction/ project management software.
Outstanding communication and executive management skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Proven leadership abilities.
BS/BA in business, engineering, building science or relevant field is desired but not required.
