We’re proud to share that we received the Excellence in School Building and Design Award at the A4LE Conference! The Honor Award for New Construction was given for our work on the Center for Knowledge Elementary School in Richland School District Two, a 230,000 square foot modern complex built on the original site of the E.L. Wright Middle School.

Key features of the project:
➡️ Unified campus with a focus on 21st-century learning and increased green space
➡️ Three 3-story academic wings linked by a central spine
➡️ Dedicated spaces for arts, gym, library, dining, and administration
➡️ Outdoor courtyards and playscapes for learning
➡️ Center for Knowledge with bold colors and large windows for elementary focus

This honor reflects the outstanding teamwork of our entire crew, along with our partners on the project, Quackenbush Architects + Planners and Perkins & Will, for their innovative contributions. We’re excited to continue creating spaces that inspire future learners!
