Contract Construction, Garvin Design Group and the staff and congregation of Chapin United Methodist Church celebrated the new Children’s Ministry Building with a Ground Breaking ceremony on Sunday, April 3, 2016. The one story children’s education addition is being built on the existing campus of Chapin United Methodist Church, located on Lexington Avenue in Chapin, SC. Site improvements include site demolition, storm drainage, utilities, site concrete, base and paving, landscaping, irrigation, and playground.
