We are thrilled to announce Kyle Farley as the new President of Contract Construction. This well-earned promotion reflects Kyle’s nearly three decades of dedication, leadership, and deep understanding of every facet of our business. From job sites as a teenager to the executive team, his journey is a testament to hard work and integrity.    Greg Hughes will be promoted to CEO, working alongside Kyle to guide our company’s future. As Greg shared, “Kyle embodies what Contract stands for—drive, character, and a deep commitment to our clients. There’s no one more prepared to lead us forward.”     Here’s to 41 years of building—and to the next chapter.
